An important role in the innovative teaching proposed by the degree course is assigned to external experiences (visits, inspections, stages) that take place in parallel with classroom lessons and laboratory activities. During study trips that are periodically organized, both in Italy and abroad, students have the opportunity to deepen their knowledge of cities, architecture and engineering works that are significant for the enrichment of their cultural background. The goals reached in recent years have been: Barcelona (2007), Basel (2008), Berlin (2009), Munich (2010), Paris (2011), Copenhagen (2012), Porto and Lisbon (2013), Vienna ( 2014), London (2015), Madrid (2016), Holland (2017), Hamburg (2018), Seville (2019).
